WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
MISSIONS AND ATTRIBUTIONS
As an accountant you will be responsible for managing the association's projects on a financial level. In addition you will need to be able to know the regulations and have the skills of a real accountant. Within our association, the accountant has a rather generalist profile directly attached to the President: You will therefore be in charge of making entries in the current accounts, calculating partner commissions, keeping a register of expenses and receipts, and knowing how to establish a provisional budget. Finally, you will be able to manage cash receipts (checks, direct debits, etc.) and expense reports.
Regarding your secondary missions, you will be in charge of filing and archiving, supporting us on grant applications, and managing and justifying expenses related to a grant.
THE REQUIRED SKILLS:
Rigor, honesty, method and organization are essential qualities to be an Accountant at HALIESFALCTÉS. You should also be curious and regularly update your knowledge in this area. The precautionary principle should govern the way you approach your work. Your interpersonal skills will be an asset for us. In addition to this, you will need to have a good knowledge of legal (labor and company law, public procurement code), tax and accounting standards. In addition, you will have to be autonomous and able to communicate in writing and orally to gather the necessary information and advise. Finally you have a good spirit of synthesis to be able to identify useful elements for the association.
