HALIESFALCTÉS takes people to heart! We will always ensure that our employees can flourish day by day and evolve in a thrilling environment that is ours.  Following a pupil / student on an internship is not always easy and we are aware of it!  

To reassure you on this point, HALIESFALCTÉS has developed a list of tools at your disposal! No one will be disoriented!

FOR SCHOOLS 

We find that the environment  of formation is in motion.

It is necessary to take into consideration new technology  in recent years:

Responsibility: Tutor  /  and actors of the project  of the HALIESFALCTÉS training department  

 

Upon entering their internship, each will choose their Pole (Humanitarian, Association, Recreational, International, Environment, Sport, Training, Animation, Leisure, Culture, Tourism, Education, Social.)  and thus develops a written training plan taking into account the educational background of the internship with us.

 

Between a college student, high school student and  Student demand will not be there even.  It will have an evolution  for both cases on his internship time.  

 

We are an association  who also looks at these previous professional experiences, abilities and difficulties identified, desires, and needs ... The educational managers of the Training department support these reflections by contributing knowledge and experience, and advise the individual individually.  anybody  while recalling that he is part of a steering team between a person from the chosen pole but also a person from the Training pole or even a person from the committee.  

 

For example, everyone must choose and find their pole but also a theme  in connection with the pole he has chosen, we

let us help it as closely as possible between that request and our actions.  

Beforehand, we inform the trainee  of the possibilities of  internships in the sector by presenting them in particular the challenges of educational and social support; then, we provide them with the contact details of a qualified tutor in HALIESFALCTÉS. The tutor  also choose some optional modules and "educational techniques". These choices give rise to time for discussions between the tutor and the trainee,  then they must be argued vis-à-vis the teaching team, in order to assess their foundations and motivations, in particular to support them on their internship report or their thesis.
