WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

MISSIONS AND ATTRIBUTIONS

As human resources manager, you ensure the part of the development and administrative management of human resources of our association on the various projects that we lead. In addition, you will bring your HR expertise to operational staff.

 

Thus you will be able to Participate in the definition of the HR strategy:

Understand and adapt the company's HR strategy according to the population managed; Determine the flagship projects according to this strategy and the expectations of the operational staff (forward them to his hierarchy); Propose and validate the nature and schedule of HR projects with his hierarchy.

Advise and have a support role with  operational:

Respond to requests from operational staff in all areas of HR; Provide support to project managers in team development (recruitment, management, etc.); Support operational staff in their HR decisions (recruitment, promotion, conflict, etc.), help them integrate the HR variable into their strategic decisions; Define and ensure the application by operational staff of all HR procedures.

Set up HR projects:

Autonomously lead the multiple HR projects corresponding to the HR strategy  : organization of working time ... Coordinate activities, monitor and control implementation; Set up HR monitoring and reporting tools; Evaluate the satisfaction of operational staff in relation to the HR service provided and the expected results.

THE REQUIRED SKILLS:

Versatility in certain areas of human resources management  : recruitment, conflict management ...  Master some IT tools (in particular Word) and HR software. Have good oral and written communication in order to build quality relationships with internal and external contacts. Listening skills in order to take into account the expectations of operational staff. Flexibility and firmness in relations with operational staff. Strength of conviction to convey ideas and projects, as well as a certain capacity for negotiation. Sense of organization to carry out these projects and control their realization. Ability to carry out several projects at the same time because the application points of the HR profession are numerous.
