WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
MISSIONS AND ATTRIBUTIONS
As an Animator within the association you will be led to design an animation project; to organize and run a program of activities (leisure, tutoring, early childhood); to explain, expose embodiments, rules of the game; to support the public: assess the individual, family and social situation of people; to set up individual or collective activities suitable for all; to maintain or recreate links with families and the social environment; to sensitize and mobilize the public and institutional partners on a project; and ensure the monitoring, evaluation and sustainability of the process.
THE REQUIRED SKILLS:
You know how to show availability and a sense of welcome. On top of that you have an ability to be creative and imaginative. You are also recognized for your ability to adapt to audiences, your sense of responsibility. You have a very good knowledge of safety rules and you know how to create a personalized educational relationship. In addition, you have the ability to work in a team and demonstrate responsiveness (emergency, conflict or aggressive situations). Finally, you have the ability to observe and analyze as well as a sense of pedagogy
