WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
MISSIONS AND ATTRIBUTIONS
As a Webmaster you will be led to create, animate, index, monitor and administer one or more websites using information sharing tools, 3D composer and other technical tools, and according to the commercial and communication from HALIESFALCTÉS.
Thus you ensure the following activities: Manage and update the website:
Reflect on the structure of the site (architecture, tree structure), its possible evolutions, its links with social networks, modify it as needed, in collaboration with service providers; Administer and update the site : manage incoming information (contact details), manage the contact details of distributors linked to the information system; Update site content : news, press, various information, and especially update current projects (creation, deletion) : information, participations ... Coordinate with marketing and sales departments for communication actions, and with service providers for necessary developments
Maintain, improve the site from a technical point of view:
Monitor the hosting, check the security of the site; Check and maintain the proper functioning of the site and web-related operations : sending e-mailings and newsletters, sending SMS, data processing, etc ...
Develop and monitor the audience:
Take care of the appearance (design) and animation of the site as well as its ergonomics; Manage SEO and domain names, ensure and monitor the site's position in search engines; Monitor and analyze site traffic statistics, and report on changes, suggest improvements or innovations.
THE REQUIRED SKILLS:
Demonstrate autonomy and responsibility; Know the association and its organization well to inform in full knowledge of the facts; Know enough the techniques (web page creation, etc.) to communicate with service providers or program yourself; Monitor the range of developments and technical solutions, as well as service providers; Know and respect the regulations; Have a sense of the aesthetics and ergonomics of a site; Create, develop a site, create and publish web pages; Manage member databases with web tools; Lead, monitor projects, report on developments and suggest improvements; Master office tools
