WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
MISSIONS AND ATTRIBUTIONS
Internal to the association :
Assess the association's needs and technological opportunities; Analyze the database skeletons according to the branches of the nomenclature types; Choose the most suitable skeleton or create a new one to facilitate production; Analyze needs and opportunities; Develop specifications for a service provider; Contribute to the selection of service provider and the implementation of a relevant solution; Receive a service; Configure applications allowing customers to personalize their purchases or their fittings (commercial configurator); Test systems and accept them.
Specific Activities:
Understand the overall functioning of the association, its processes, stakeholders and information flows; Manage a project and its budget; Write procedures, explain them and verify their application; Master the knowledge of network management, technical databases and IT development; Be curious, question and adapt, anticipate changes; Watch, train, synthesize; Develop a systemic approach for a global vision of the information system; Listening to the various departments and colleagues; Be rigorous, precise, methodical
THE REQUIRED SKILLS:
Good knowledge of the global information system and the architecture of the IS and applications; Systems and network skills; Mastery of databases (Oracle, MySQL, SyBase, SQL Server…) and specialized tools in the administration of these databases; Proficiency in SQL query language; Knowledge of Shell scripts under UNIX, Windows or MVS; Understanding of the environment (customers, sector of activity, sensitive data, etc.) and of the functioning of an association; Control of security risks; Fluency in technical English is essential (documentation in English)
