WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
MISSIONS AND ATTRIBUTIONS
As an Editor you will be asked to select the takes: the cut scenes, also called “rushes”, which will be retrieved and placed in the agreed sequential order. You will decide the duration of the shots and sequences, and you will also design the connections to ensure the fluidity of the work. After having worked on the images, you will move on to the second phase, the sound effects: the dialogues, the sound effects and the sound effects should be adjusted to the images and the sound volume level suitable for the whole.
THE REQUIRED SKILLS:
You are known to be rigorous and methodical and you are a handyman who likes to take up challenges. You can read an assembly plan, even in English, and you master assembly techniques. In addition, you know how to follow directions, and keep a margin of improvisation if necessary. Finally, you like to work with your hands.
