Why do an internship and training.

Nothing like a real situation to discover the world of work.

Internships facilitate entry into the world of work upon graduation.

Make a  internship in key networks   allows practitioners to discover the world of work, that is to say  :

  • Gain insight into what the profession they have chosen could be  ;

  • Affirm or deny a choice of orientation  ;

  • Acquire some experience in the field that is not obtained in lessons, because these are often theoretical  ;

  • Meet professionals, which allows them to discuss their professions, their experiences and benefit from their advice;

  • Having several internships to his credit in his CV is a major asset in the search for a stable job.

However, not all training courses offer an internship. As a result, it is a bit of an obstacle course when you have to look for a job as soon as you leave your studies with only one diploma in your pocket and little or no professional experience.

The mission of the internship tutor

The tutor will therefore ensure the follow-up of the intern throughout the duration of his internship, that is to say that he will check that the latter does not experience any particular difficulties (insufficient supervision, missions or unsuitable tasks) within of the association and CLEFS partners who are welcoming.

The trainee, for his part, will not forget to communicate to his tutor the progress of his mission as well as the various intermediate and / or summary documents necessary for the development of his progress or of his  internship report.

The main mission of the internship tutor is also to advise and support the student during the drafting of his thesis or his internship report which are essential to carry outthe evaluation of the intern. To do this, he will ensure the correct orientation of the subject treated by the practitioners and therefore,  he can obtain additional information on the content and modalities of the internship from the internship supervisor.

For the smooth running of the internship, the internship tutor, the student and the internship supervisor define a collaboration on the basis of mutual trust.

Good to know  :  A site will be issued on this subject: Mr. Brenner Alain and in the process of settling all.
