What is an intern ?
The trainee is not an employee, because he is not bound by an employment contract. The goal of the student with the trainee status is to perfect his practical knowledge in the field which has a direct link with his training.
The intern is therefore in the company to :
learn and / or observe,
perform professional tasks.
However, he does not have the production obligation as an employee. In any case, his internship will not correspond to a permanent job in the company or a regular task.
In summary, the internship is part of an educational project, this one :
allows the practical application of professional knowledge,
promotes the transition from the world of education to the professional world.
